About & Introduction
I work with adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still find themselves feeling stuck in emotional patterns that are difficult to change on their own. You may notice certain reactions, relationship dynamics, or internal struggles repeating even when you understand them intellectually. Often these patterns began developing in earlier environments that felt confusing, unstable, or emotionally unsafe, and their impact can continue shaping how we experience ourselves and our relationships today.
Therapy can provide a space to slow down and make sense of these experiences in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. My goal is to create a place where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. Therapy with me is guided by your pace and centered around what feels most important to you. Rather than trying to fix or change you, we focus on understanding the patterns shaping your life and the experiences that formed them. Through curiosity, reflection, and compassionate exploration, many clients begin to discover new ways of relating to themselves and others.
My work is rooted in Coherence Therapy, a depth-oriented approach that focuses on understanding the deeper emotional learnings that drive many of our automatic reactions and long-standing patterns. When these emotional learnings are brought into awareness and understood, meaningful and lasting change can occur. Instead of focusing only on managing symptoms, this work helps uncover the emotional foundations that keep certain patterns in place so they can begin to shift in lasting ways.
I also incorporate experiential and somatic approaches when helpful to support emotional awareness and nervous system regulation during the therapeutic process. These approaches can help clients stay grounded while exploring deeper emotional experiences. Clients often describe my style as warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel both meaningful and human, and when appropriate, humor can often be part of that process.
I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals and strive to create an affirming, respectful, and inclusive therapeutic environment. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you deepen your understanding of yourself and move toward the life and relationships you want.
