I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor dedicated to helping individuals seeking counseling and developing clinicians seeking clinical growth navigate complexity with clarity and purpose. My work is grounded in a structured, evidence-based approach that emphasizes emotional awareness, practical skill-building, and sustainable growth.

I work with children (8+), adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I support are managing multiple demands and are seeking a steady, thoughtful space to better understand themselves, strengthen coping, and move forward with intention.

In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision for Registered Mental Health Counseling Interns within the state of Florida, with a focus on ethical practice, clinical decision-making, and professional identity development. My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and designed to build both competence and confidence.
