I specialize in supporting adults who feel deeply and struggle with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and relationship concerns. My practice is inclusive, autonomy-focused, and informed by social justice values. I think it is important to consider the context of the environment in which our bodies exist and the impact that has on our lived experiences.

I focus on exploring the deeper layers that drive protective coping behaviors, provide support for emotional regulation, and collaborate to build interpersonal skills to improve client’s relationships with themselves and others. Therapy with me is depth-oriented. collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
