Hi!
My name is Leah and I am a licensed social worker in the state of Maryland.

I focus primarily on life transitions (going to college, getting married, moving in together, becoming a parent, etc.) as well as anxiety, ADHD, and OCD. I prioritize my approach being neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming.

I strongly value the therapeutic relationship and believe that for therapy to work, there has to be a good foundation between my clients and me. That being said, I ensure that the space we create is respectful and that clients maintain their autonomy throughout our work together. You know yourself better than I do, and your insight is incredibly valuable!

I primarily utilize internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and emotion focused therapy.
