I provide compassionate, individualized support for those navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the many transitions and challenges that come with becoming and being a parent. I work with moms and dads who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, exhausted, or simply unsure of how to balance caring for themselves while caring for others.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being your authentic self. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, better understand the emotions and patterns that may be affecting you, and develop tools that feel realistic for your life.

No matter at what stage of parenting you are at, therapy can offer a space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported along the way. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Sometimes, taking the first step is simply saying “I’m having a hard time.” I am here to meet you where you are at.
