Licensed clinicians for IIC (Intensive In-Community) and IIH (Intensive In-Home) roles, including:

LCSWs/LSWs
LPCs/LACs
LMFTsMFTs

Especially those who:

Want hybrid flexibility (Hammonton, NJ and/or remote/hybrid)
Value collaboration over isolation
Are open to long-term strategic partnership, not just employment
Believe behavioral healthcare can be both impactful and sustainable

What you’ll do

Practice in your discipline of work (IIC/IIH focus)
Conduct comprehensive assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy and case management
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Maintain high-quality documentation (EHR)
Participate in case reviews to elevate care standards
