FAQ for Providers

1. How does verification work?

Providers register via registration page. Providers receive approval confirmation e-mail. Providers are then sent a link to create their provider profile. Profile is then reviewed and approved/denied/request revisions.

2. Is liability insurance required?

Yes. Providers must maintain active professional liability insurance appropriate to their role.

3. Are interns allowed to join?

Yes. Registered interns must confirm active supervision and insurance coverage.

4. Is there a fee to join?

A “Basic” Provider Profile is Free.

5. Can I edit my profile after approval?

Yes. You have access to your profile in you account.

6. What happens if my license status changes?

You are responsible for updating your listing immediately.

7. How do clients connect with providers?

Clients search the directory and contact providers directly using the information listed in their profile. Whole Spectrum Health does not assign, match, or provide clinical referrals. Providers independently manage their own intake, scheduling, and services.

8. Will there be upgrade or featured listing options in the future?

As the network grows, we may introduce optional premium features such as featured placements or enhanced visibility tools. Our goal is to build sustainable growth while maintaining accessibility for providers. Any future upgrades would be optional, and current providers will be notified well in advance of changes.
