I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate specializing in coercive control, emotional and psychological abuse, domestic violence, relationship trauma, and recovery from destructive relationship dynamics. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, attachment wounds, family conflict, and difficult life transitions.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in systemic and trauma-informed care, integrating Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural Family Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am passionate about helping clients recognize unhealthy relational patterns, establish healthy boundaries, rebuild self-worth, and cultivate emotionally safe, meaningful relationships. I also offer faith-integrated Christian counseling upon request.
