I am a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, supervised by Nicolette Machado. I graduated with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University iin 2025. I also graduated in 2019 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Creighton University before transitioning to counseling. I am pursuing additional training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and have completed trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person Centered Therapy. I have years of experience working in the field of case management in Community Mental Health serving a variety of clients in the local community.

I am also a licensed pharmacist and can provide psychoeducation regarding medication options.

I specialize in neurodivergence (ASD and ADHD), anxiety, couples therapy, and women’s issues.
