I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner serving clients in New York, Ohio, and New Jersey, and I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults. I know that reaching out for mental health care can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve struggled to feel heard or haven’t found a treatment that works for you.
My approach is straightforward and collaborative. I take the time to listen, understand what you’re experiencing, and talk through your options with you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health care. Treatment should make sense for you, your symptoms, your lifestyle, and what you hope to improve.
I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, sleep difficulties, and other mental health concerns. Medication may be part of treatment, but I also believe it’s important to look at the bigger picture and understand what may be contributing to how you’re feeling.
My goal is for you to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and being an active part of your treatment. We’ll work together to find an approach that feels manageable and supports you in feeling and functioning better in your everyday life.
