Hi! I’m Jaime, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and autism for teens and adults. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed and stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, or frustrated that even when they do understand them, they’re not sure how to actually change them. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we work together to explore your struggles, identify their root causes, and develop skills that support meaningful change.

In therapy, I use an integrative approach that combines top-down methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy with bottom-up approaches like somatic techniques and EMDR. This allows us to address the whole person by working with both the mind and body. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that builds on your strengths and supports your unique needs and goals.

I believe that every coping mechanism or habit, even the ones that no longer feel helpful, developed for a reason. My goal is to help you connect the dots, understand yourself more deeply, and develop skills that support lasting progress long after therapy ends.
