I’m Linda Uzoukwu, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and founder of Healing Healthy Minds Nursing, Inc. I’m passionate about helping adults feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate their mental health journey.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, life transitions, mood concerns, and perinatal and postpartum mental health challenges. My clinical experience has allowed me to care for individuals with a wide range of mental health needs, providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and ongoing education.
