About & Introduction
I combine two of my passions to help people: Food and mental health. With a few small dietary changes, mindfulness, CBT and physical activity; noticeable changes can be seen in levels of depression and anxiety. I have been working in mental health and substance abuse for over 20 years and have seen these changes happen. I offer telehealth services during evenings and on Sundays for those who need hours outside of the normal business day. I am an inclusive therapist open to all people.
