I’m a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 20 years of experience in counseling, rehabilitation, and mental health. I especially enjoy working with sensitive, driven adults, including helpers and professionals who are very capable and ambitious with alot of creative ideas but are feeling overwhelmed or depleted inside. My doctoral research focused on compassion fatigue among counselors in private practice.

I draw from EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, CBT, and grounding strategies, adjusting our work to your goals and pace. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin.
