My name is Anyi Asongacha, PMHNP-BC, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Health Resolution LLC. I bring over 20 years of healthcare experience and more than 5 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care across the lifespan.

I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, and other behavioral health concerns. My approach integrates both medication management and psychotherapy, allowing me to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
